PQR complaints and requests report

Citizens will find published reports of all petitions, complaints, claims, denouncements and requests for access to information received and related response times, together with a summary analysis of the same subject. The reports detail the number of applications received, the number of requests that were transferred to another institution, the response time to each request and the number of requests that were denied access to the information.
